PERSISTENCE OF GERMANY BOYCOTT OF CONFERENCE GENEVA, Sept. 25 Baron von Neurath, the German Foreign Minister, saw Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, on Saturday. Germany has not budged from her refusal to attend the Disarmament Conference.
General von Scekt, father of the postwar German Army, interviewed, declared that no Power on earth could prevent Germany from again becoming a great military Power. '1 ho world must not be kuiprised if she uses her own means of doing this. She had waited long enough for the others to disarm.
