DEPRESSED CLASSES
BASjS OF REPRESENTATION INDIAN PLAN ACCEPTED (Received September 26, 10.43 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 26 Tile Government announces the acceptance of the Indian plan of representation for depressed classes within the general constituencies.
It is still considering the franchise and method of election for depressed classes for the Central Legislature.
