NORTHCOTE ASSOCIATION RULES OF MEMBERSHIP The Northcote Unemployed Association last evening made an alteration to its constitution confining membership to registered unemployed workers, thus excluding 14 members who had hitherto been honorary members, for which, however, the rules made no provision. The following officers were elected President, Mr. R. N. Robinson; vice-president, Mr. G. F. Curtis; secretary, Mr. J. Mcßirnie; treasurer, Mr. V. I. Berryman; committee, Messrs. F. Honan, T. J. Grady, N. Maclean, H. Digney, N. S. Cassrels, R. Fagan and J. Lythgo.
