EFFECT OF AMALGAMATION [CY TJEXEGRAI'H—I'ItESS, ASSOCIATION'] NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday Exception to a statement made at the technical education conference concerning technical and academic education is taken by the New Plymouth High School Board. The following resolution was passed:—• "In the opinion of this board the statement that where an amalgamation of technical schools and high schools has been adopted the technical side <;f the school lias suffered is contrary to fact as far as the New Plymouth High School is concerned." /
