ODDFELLOWS' BALL
FUNCTION AT DEVONPORT Over 300 guests attended the annual ball of the Oddfellows' Lodge in the Foresters' Hall, Devonport, on Wednesday evening. The hall was attractively decorated with greenery and lilies, while the supper room was festooned with green and pink streamers. The tables were arranged v with vases of pink roses and maidenhair ferns. Bartley's Pirate Ship Orchestra supplied the music. Mrs. Leece playing the supper extras. The committee" responsible for this most popular ball was:—Mesdames J. Santo, F. Chambers, W. Smith, H. Reakes, W. Bloomfield, L. Diver and Miss N. Hale. The chairman was Mr. D. R. Cooper, and the secretary, Mr. C. Poland. Among those present were:—Mrs. F. Chambers, who wore moonbeam satin and lace; Mrs. J. Santo, ivory beaded georgette and spray; Mrs. W.
