OTTAWA ACHIEVEMENTS COMING WORLD CONFERENCE A belief that the world outlook was Improving ' was expressed by Sir George Allard, of Sydney, who arrived by the Niagara yesterday on his way to England on a five months' business trip. Sir George, who is a prominent Sydney business man and an authority on banking and finance, said ho thought the Ottawa agreements were a step in the right direction. What was needed now was the removal of world trade and travel restrictions. The achievements at Ottawa would add to Britain's bargaining power at the proposed world economic conference.
