Woodward, S.M., to-day en Ludwig Sigurd Larsen, seaman and labourer, .aged 37, on a charge of being while in charge of a car. Larsen was also debarred from holding a licence for a year. He was convicted and discharged for having no driving licence. * On a charge of assault accused was re Dianded for a week.
