Do Stefani (Italy) and Avory (Britain) defeated Kuwabara (Japan) and Prusoff (United States), 6 —3, 5—7, 6 —4; Do Stefani defeated Avory, 6 —4, 9 —7. Gene Mako (California) and Takeo Kuwabara defeated Vines and De 6—l, 4—6, 6 —4.
