MOUNT ROSKILL POSITION NO COMMENT BY CHAIRMAN "I have no comment to mako at present as the matter has been receiving the attention of the board's solicitors for somo time," said Mr. C. M. McCullough, chairman of tho Mount ltoskill Road Board, yesterday, when a report was referred to him that the Mount Eden Borough Council intended to sue tho Mount Roskill Road Board for a sum in tho vicinity of £I9OO. It was alleged that a Mount Edon water main giving a supply to a portion of 11 io Mount Roskill district was recently turned on without permission and a quantity of water used.
