RUGBY, Sept. i The Minister of Health, Sir Hilton Young, has arranged to spend three weeks in certain distressed areas in order to learn by direct personal contact of the situation and the measures already taken or in contemplation by the local authorities for dealing with the unemployed. The Minister will visit Lancashire, the Tyneside and South Wales areas in which unemployment has been severe and prolonged.
