The North Auckland Homing Pigeon Club despatched 126 birds to Auckland fcrr the trial racd from there, an airline distance 01 05 inilcs. The'first bird ,to arrive -was owned by L, Walker, having flown the distance in 1 hour 37 minutes. Other owners repre -rated were W. Griffiths. J. A. Pickermsr. R. Elliott and D. Wilsoa.
