A NOVEL NECKLACE
The ingenuity of designers is put to considerable strain to find something new in necklaces. Every conceivable thing in the way of glass and china, metal and wood, has' appeared on the necks of smart women lately. One beautiful necklace worn recently by a prominent Londoner was made of blown glass beads the size of marbles, each one half filled with water—or some liquid which had the appearance of water—which moved with her everv slightest movement.
