TO REMOVE WRINKLES
To got rid of wrinkles, before retiring for tho night bathe the face with warm water and dry by patting gently with a soft towel. Then rub in a lit tie warm olive oil with the tips of the fingers where tho wrinkles appear, using a firm, steady, circular movement (upward and outward direction). After a good five minutes, wipe off all surplus oil with a soft towel. In the morning massage with a little good cold cream in the same way. Ice is useful, too, for chasing away wrinkles —either rub the face with a smooth piece of ice, or use an ice bag made by putting crushed ice into a small flannel bap:. The washing water should always be softened by a little oatmeal, and a soap that really suits the skin used. Do not worry about wrinkles that appear: just treat them constantly, as worry will produce wrinkles of its own. Wear a shady hat in the sun, or wrinkles will appear where, the eyes have been screwed up in the strong light.
