MUSEUM EXHIBITION

CLOSING TO-MORROW The special exhibition of Chinese and Japanese art, which was opened by the Mayor, Mr. G. W. Hutchison, in the War Memorial Museum on July 4, will close to-morrow. Widespread interest has been displayed in the exhibits, this being fostered by lectures which have bestt given on various aspects of the subject by Captain Humnhreys-Davies and Mr.' H. S. Dadley. The attendances at the museum have been large, being several hnndreds a week in advance of the corresponding months last year. The exhibition will be brought to a close with a lecture by Captain Humplireys-Davies, h:s subject being "Chinese Porcelain: Its History and D«* velopment."
