JOURNEY BY AIR NEW ATTEMPT ON RECORD (Received Augtist 31, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireleßs RUGBY, Aug:. 30 Plans, are being made for the resumption of the attempt to establish a new long-distance record for the flight from England to South Africa. It is hoped that conditions will be suitable for the attempt by November. The Fairey Napier monoplane which was specially. built for tha flight, last year lias been kept in good order. Its range is estimated at not less than 6000 miles.
