INDIA'S FUTURE
COMMUNAL DIFFERENCES BRITISH SETTLEMENT EFFORT British Wireless RUG-BY, Auff.-15 An announcement of the greatest portance to Iftdia, namely, the British Government's provisional scheme for the settlement of the communal problem, will be issued on Wednesday. The Government regretfully undertook to provide a settlement in view of the failure of the communities, both at the Round Table Conference in London and the one held in India, to reach an agreement. The Government undertook the task at the request of the Indian delegates themselves, and it is hoped that the provisional scheme will effectively remove the obstacles which at present are impeding the work of constitutional reform.
