REDUCING EXERCISES
* To reduce the ankles, stand erect and raise and lower the heels 20 to 30 times. Skip on each foot alternately. Sit down and rotate the feet from the ankles. After these exercises massage the ankles with toilet eau de cologne. The " windmill " exercise is good for reducing the upper arms and shoulders. Stand erect and swing the arms with a free sweeping motion in large circles —first to the left and then to the right.
