ABDUCTION OF GIRL
OFFENCE BY YOUNG MAN TWELVE MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT [BY TELKGRAPII —PRKSS ASSOCIATION'] PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday Twelve months' imprisonment, with hard labour, was imposed to-day on William Thorndon Bond Proctor, aged 21, of Oroua Downs, by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., 011 a charge that he did take away an unmarried woman under the age of 18 against the will of her father. The police said it. was the second time accused had abducted this girl.
