WAIKATO SETTLERS
[from our own correspondent] CAMBRIDGE, Friday A meeting of old Waikato settlers and their descendants was held to-day, Mr. J. S. Fisher presiding. Twenty-four new members were enrolled. The chairman agreed to take a recommendation to the next executivo meeting that liquor be banned from the next annual banquet.
