NEW ZEALAND VICTORY ORANGE TEAM DEFEATED (Received August 3, 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 3 The New Zealand hockey team to-day met and defeated an Orange side by 9 goals to 1 in the presence of a, very large crowd of spectators. There were several changes in the New Zealand team to fill the vacancies due to the visitors feeling the effects of the strenuous tour.
