THE OUTLET OF THE LEAKAGE FROM THE HEADRACE AT ARAPUNI A view of the Arapuni power-houao taken yesterday. In the foreground water can be seen flowing from the drain outlet into the old river bed. The entrance of the drainage tunnel, which runs into the cliff-face behind the power-house and under the headrace, can be seen near the centre of the picture. It is by way of this tunnel that the water is escaping.
