CONCERN IN FRANKLIN GOVERNMENT ACTION URGED [FROM OCR OWN correspondent] PUKEKOHE, Tuesday Concern regarding the spread of the grass grub in the Auckland Province has been expressed by members of tho executive of the Franklin sub-provincial branch of the Farmers' Union. It is stated that large areas are becoming affected in the Karaka and Waiau districts. Tho oxecntivo has decided to urge that the Government should institute every possiblo investigation with a view to finding means of destroying tho grub.
