POOR HARVEST INDICATED LARGE AREA UNPRODUCTIVE (Received August 1. 5.5 p.m.) MOSCOW, July 31 Only 32,000,000 acres of wheat, 15 per cent of the whole aiea sown, has been harvested, compared with 43,000,000 acres on the corresponding date in 1931. Soviet papers are exhorting people especially in tho Ukraine, to hurry with the harvest to prev<Ht losses.
