DEVONPORT-MILFORD ROAD
Sir,—l bog space to draw the attention of the authorities to the real danger of unlighted (minus reflectors) cycles in the above localities. If those responsible do not wako up and take speedy action by enforcing the by-law, I am not alone in prophesying some serious accidents in the near future. Safety Fikst.
