SEARCH FOR ECONOMY REDUCING PANELS SUGGESTED The Victorian Attorney-General, Mr. Monzies, is reviewing the jury system to see if economies can bo introduced. Most civil cases, he points out, are tried by either four or six jurors. There is a suggestion that juries empanelled for criminal cases might consist of less than 12 jurors.
