WASH-UP AT OKARITO 330 Z. FOR LAST WEEK [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, -Monday The Okarito Five Mile Beach Company (South Westland) reports a wash-up for the week ended July 30, of 330z. ldwt. for 117 hours' dredging. REPORTS OF MANAGERS Talisman Dubbo (Knrangahako).—The drive at No. 1 Talisman level has been oxtended 10ft. for tho week. Tho country rock is firm and of a good class. Tho total footago to date is 292 ft. Golconda (Thames). —During tho week tho east crosscut was extended to 24ft. Wo have cut another leader in tho back of the drive, but very little oi; it has been broken. Another 4ft. of driving will put us under the vertical of the main rise. The shaft was sunk a further 7ft., a total of 61ft. below the chamber. The country <s fairly hard, but shoots well. 1
