COMMENDABLE FAILING The suggestion that, a motorist is overcautious is seldom heard at the hearing of collision cases in the Courts. It was made in all seriousness in the Supremo Court in Wellington, however, when Sergeant T. H. Dyer, of Masterton, was in tho witness box.
