SURFACEMAN'S DEATH RUN OVER BY JIGGER [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CORE, Saturday A railway surfaceman, Mr. Charles Outselling, aged 40, a married man with four children, was run over by a jigger at Otamita this morning and was killed.
