[BY TELEGRAril —PRESS ASSOCIATION] TIMARU, Friday With reference to remarks by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, who at the trial at Timaru this week commented adversely upon prejudicial comments of tho magistrate who conducted the preliminary proceedings in tho Mount Cook murder charge, it oughjb to bo explained that the reference did not concern Mr. C. R. OrrWalker, resident magistrate at Timaru.
