DESIRE FOR DEATH
LIVERPOOL MURDERER UNPRECEDENTED REQUEST SYDNEY, July 29' William Moxloy, who is under sentence of death for tho murder of Frank Wilkinson and Dorothy Denzel, at Liverpool, has written to tho Minister of Justice, Mr. L. 0. Martin, asking that the sentence be carried out. The Cabinet will decide Moxley's fate next week. The. condemned man's action is said to be without precedent in tho State. The last man hanged in New South Wales was oxecnted in 1924.
