KING'S CONDOLENCE MESSAGE TO HINDENBURG (Received July 29, G. 5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, July 28 The King has sent to the President of Germany, Marshal von Hindenburg, a message of condolence on the loss of life in tho disaster to the German naval training ship Niobe.
