IN GOOSEBERRY TIME

DON'T FORGET Gooseberries which are two or three times as big as usual may be secured by water-feeding the fruits when they are young.

Arrange saucers of water under the gooseberries just after they have begun to grow a little. Tiie tips of the fruits should be just resting in the water, and as the gooseberries drink greedily plentiful supplies must be given. In the end the gooseberries will be very large and deliciously juicy and sweet.
