BRIDE IN A VAN

EXTRAORDINARY PROCESSION Thousands of people lately gathered in Liege, Belgium, to sec an extraordinary wedding procession. The bridal party arrived at the town hall, where the ceremony was performed, in a removal van pulled by four black horses. The bride wore a black dress with a train 20ft. long supported by two pages, and the bridesmaids were in crinolines. The bridegroom, who was in evening dress, was attended by friends, some in evening and some in morning dress, and all with old silk hats which were out of date very many years ago. The van was followed by a baker's cart filled with French loaves 7ft. long and other loaves 4fC. in diameter, which were offered to tho newly wedded couple, who were being married for the second time, after being divorced some years ago. Music was supplied by an accordion and kettledrum.
