ALTERATION TO CHARGE
PLEA OF GUILTY ENTERED An alteration in the charge against Harvey Frank Weaver, was made when accused appeared before Air. Justice Smith in the Supremo Court yesterday. Accused was charged originally with breaking and entering a shop at Alfriston on May 21 with intent to commit a crime. A plea of guilty was entered when the worils "in that he did aid Iho commission of an offence" were added. Accused was remanded for sentence.
