ECONOMIC HOSTILITIES MUTUAL RESTRICTIONS IMPORTATIONS AFFECTED By Telegraph—Prfess Association—Copyright (Received July 20, 5.45 p.m.) ROME. July 10 Economic hostilities have .been begun by Italy and France. Following upon French restrictions on the importation of Italian fruit and agricultural products Italy has placed restrictions on French perfumery, cosmetics, soaps and similar articles, also on leather and certain classes of machinery.
