In the Matter of Section 7 of "The Public Reserves Domains and Nationol Parks Act. 1928." notice is hereby given that the Mount Wellington Road Board at its Ordinary Moeting, to be held on TUESDAY, the 9th day of August,- 1932, at the Office of the Board, Mount Wellington Highway, at 7.30 p.m., intends to pass a Resolution as follows : "Whereus by proclamation under the provisions of' 'The Public Reserves Act, 1881' (1897 New Zealand Gazette 936). Section 49, Small Farms, near Panmure, was vested in the Inhabitants of the Mount Wellington Road District iri trust a 8 a.. Public Water Reserve and whereas it is desired to change the purpose of part of such reserve: Now therefore the Mount Wellington Road Board, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of 'The Public Reserves Domains and National Parks Act, 1928,' hereby resolves to consent to the revocation of suoh proclamation so far as it relates to that part of such Public Water Reserve, containing 2 roods, more or less, being tho North Western portion thereof, having a frontage of 184.5 links to tho Ellerslie-Panmure Road and bounded as follows:—Commencing from the western boundary of the original Section 49. thence in an easterly direction 184.5 links, thence in a southerly direction by a line 264.78 linltß, thence in a westerly direction by a line 193.97 links, thence to ths starting point 264.32 links. "And hereby consents to the purpose of such proclamation being changed in so far as it relates to such part containing 9 roods, more or less, as aforesaid by suoh last-mentioned pnrt being vested in the Inhabitants of' tho Mount Wellington Road District in trust as a silo for a Public Hall and Offices."
