Small prunes contain twice as many pits and twice as many Skins per pound as large prunes—and no one could claim that prune pits and skins are a satisfactory'substitute for prune meat. Remember this the next time you are tempted to buy small, wizened' prunes at an apparently cheap price. Only the plumpest, largest prunes are sold at the Sanitarium Shop, 174, Queen Street, Auckland. —Advt.
