MARKSMAN AT BISLEY.
LONDON, July 4. Owing to illness, Arthur Fulton, last year's King's Prize winner at Bisley, cannot compete at Bisley this year. His father, aged 75, a former winner of the prize, has arranged to take the place of his son. He has •declared, "I am not as alert as I used to be, but I can still see the bull."
