MAN FOUND DEAD.

An inquest into tho death of Joseph Fowler, aged 55, who was found dead in Ijis homo, Mount Wellington Highway, Otahuhu, on Friday, was held before Mr. F. 11. Levien, S.M., on Saturday. Evidence was given that deceased was found by his wife beside tho gas stove, which had been turned on. He had been unemployed for 20 months. A-verdict was returned that deceased committed suicide whilo in a state of mental depression.
