PARKING ALL NIGHT.

BAN IN WELLINGTON. The new rule forbidding the parking of cars in i.ho streets all night —tho bylaw says between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.—is now in force, says a Wellington newspaper. So far cars found parked in defiance of the by-law have been ticketed with warning notices only, but repetitions of the offenco may be followed by prosecution, particularly in those cases where cars are lef; in positions that may make for danger. It was this consideration, and also tho fact that in many narrow streets motor vehicles are left in such positions as to hamper firo engines and other essential traffic, that led to tho bylaw being brought down.
