SETTLEMENT ANNOUNCED.
WIDOW ACCEPTS AN OFFER
LONDON, June 29.
Tho disputed will of tho late Mr. Montague Napier, motor engineer, has been settled.
The widow, from whom the testator had been estranged for 15 years, has accepted an offer from Mrs. Fryer, wife of Mr. Napier's medical adviser (who is tho principal beneficiary) of £3OOO a year. The widow is also to receive £20,000 capital.
This was conceded by the AttorneyGenerrJ, Sir Thomas Inskip, in preference to prolonging tho litigation at greater loss to interested charities. All parties were allowed their costs out of tho estate.
