MR. MacDONALD'S EYES.

MUCH ANXIETY CAUSED. SECOND OPERATION POSSIBLE. LONDOJf, April 19. Much anxiety is felt in political circles regarding the eyesight of the Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald. The Sun says it understands that Mr. Mac Donald anticipates undergoing an operation on his right eyo in a few months. Mr. Mac Donald is still suffering from glaucoma which necessitated the operation to his left eye on February 4 and which is likely to have increasing effects on both eyes in the event of worry and overstrain. To these the Prime Minister has been especially subject owing to his insistence on overworking himself. Glaucoma is a diseased condition of the eyes, causing hardening of the eyeball and far-sightedness. Very , often it leads to blindness.
