MISSING MAN BACK.

Mr. Athol Erling North, the income tax inspector of Ashford, Kent, who had been missing for three days has returned home. He was then bordering on collapse and unable to give any account of his movements. Mr. North's clothing was sodden with water and there was reason to beliove that he had eaten nothing since he was last seen three days before by his wife, who had accompanied him a part of the way to his office. Mr. North, it is stated, had a Bimilar experience about four years ago when he was at Lancaster.
