Allen, one of the two men drowned when a fishing launch capsized in heavy seas on the Waitara bar yesterday, was washed tip on tho beach this morning. An inquest was opened and adjourned. The other victim of the tragedy Mas Captain 11. S. Halcrow, master of the auxiliary ketch Kapui.
