LADIES' ASSOCIATION; " ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The 29th annual meeting of the Auckland Ladies'' Hockey Association was held last evening, Mr. F. Nicholson," vice-president", presiding. " ' Tho following officers -were, elected:— Patron, Mr. Gage Brown; president, Mr; L. C. Kent; vice-presidents, , Mesdames W. Fuller and B. Clark, and Messrs. B. Cooper and F. Nicholson; secretary. Miss A. Twinamc (pro tem); treasurer, Miss E.- Burton; delegate to New Zealand 'Women's Boc,key Association, Miss IJ. Moore; oommittee. Mrs. D. Nash (chairman), Mrs. B. Masdn, Misses Goldsboro/ JeSery, Mitchell, Fryer-Eaislier, and Simpson. Miss P. H. Dawson, who has retired! after many years o£ aclf"c association with tlie game in New Zealand, was made ai life member,. Tributes were paid to her services.
