Pursuant to an order made by a Judge of tlie Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, on the 14th day of April, 1932, Notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other Persons having Claims against (he Estate of the above-named James Murphy, died on or about the 30th dav of January, 1932. and probate of whose will and codicil thereto was granted on the 23rd day of February, 1932, are hereby required to send in their Claims, together with written particulars thereof, to his Executor.
