HENDERSON AFFAIRS.
A letter from the Henderson School Committee was received at a meeting of the Henderson Town Board on Tuesday evening, stating that the Auckland City Council had made an allowance of 500 gallons of water a year per child to the city schools, and asking the board to grant the committee a similar concession. H was decided to place the request before tho City Council. . It was decided to nominate tho chairman Mr A. W. Bussev; as representative for the district on the Auckland Hospital Board. ' ~ Advice was received that tho board S contribution toward the War Memorial Museum for the vear 1932-33 was £26 10s, u slight increase *on the previous year a. contribution.
