LIQUOR AFTER HOURS.
PROSECUTIONS AT OPOTIKI.

In tho Magistrate's Court, before Mr. S L. Patterson, S.M., to-day, T. Hendry, licensee of the Opoliki Hotel, was charged with opening his premises for the sale of liquor during prohibited hours on April 2 He pleaded guilty and was fined £2, with costs 10s. On a charge of selling liquor after hours ho was fined £3, with costs 10s.
On five charges of supplying liquor a barman was fined £l, with costs 15s, on each charge. Three men found on the premises were convicted and fined 10s, with costs 10s. Tluce others were fined £1 each, with costs 10s.
