PARISHIONERS' MEETINGS.

CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday
The annual meeting of St. Andrew's Parish was held last evening. There was a good attendance of parishioners, the acting-vicar, the Rev. P. Cleat y, presiding.
The annual report stated that the year had been an exceptionally active one lor office-bearers, and included the erection of a new parish hall and the holding of the jubilee celebrations. The balancesheet showed that the bank overdraft had been reduced to £96. The jubilee fund amounted to £257, and outstanding liabilities amounted to £233.
The following officers were elected:— Vicar's warden, Mr. C. If. Boyce; people's warden, Mr W. Stopford; vestrymen, Messrs. A. D. Sayers, G. M. C'faneey.. J. Linsley, W. Sands, A. Pearce, 11. Watkins, A. Main, If. A. Bell, ,T. C. Allen, and 11. D. Dallimore; auditor, Mr. T. 11. Hampshire; svnodsmen, Messrs. A. Willis and W. Stopford; representatives on Rural Dcaconery Board, Messrs. A. D. Sayers, A. Main and 11. A. Bell. FRANKTON WEST CHURCH. [from otr own correspondent.] HAMILTON, Wednesday. A successful year was reviewed in the report of the Frankton West Church, which was presented at the annual meeting of parishioners last evening. The Rev. R. .J. Boyt presided over a fair attendance. The following officers were appointed: —People's warden, Mr. L. (J. Marquand ; committee, Mesdamcs 11. Randell, L. G. Marquand, If. Spencer, Messrs. G. Bary, L. G. Marquand, M. Downcs.
