INDIAN WORKERS PERISH. SUFFOCATION THROUGH FIRE. (Received April 19. 11.25 p.m.) CALCUTTA, April 19. Seventeen Indian labourers perished in a fire in the I.ady Rangi mica mine in the Hazaribagh district of the Bihar and Orissa Province. A forest fire ignited the timbers in the ventilation shaft of the mine and smoke and gas penetn ted to the lower workings suffocating th® victims.
